Witcher Rumours Intensify Following Discovery Of Job Listing Referencing Nintendo Switch

At the end of last year, there was a rumour CD Projekt Red was porting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt across to the Switch.

It all began when a French retailer listed a Nintendo version of the game alongside Assassin’s Creed III, which has now been officially confirmed during the most recent Direct presentation.

In the latest development, evidence of a Witcher game coming to the Switch is reportedly mounting, as YouTuber Doctre81 has now discovered GOG Galaxy – owned by CD Projekt Red – has posted a job listing for a Software Engineer that references multiple platforms, including the Nintendo Switch. While the original retailer listing referenced the third game in the series, GOG Galaxy also plays host to a number of other Witcher games including GWENT: The Witcher Card Game and Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. GOG Galaxy is a gaming client designed for purchasing, playing and updating games, as well as offering online support between gaming platforms.

Doctre81 has been previously linked to the rumours about EA working on Frostbite Engine support for the Nintendo Switch. Check out the following video about his latest finding:
