Need a quick and low-equipment circuit? Then you’re in the right place. This kettlebell circuit workout will target your full body and get you sweating.

 

Kettlebell Circuit

Try this circuit as a drop set (starting with 5 reps per side, 4-3-2-1)

 

5-4-3-2-1 Reps of

 

 

  • Kettlebell half-rack squat

 

  • Kettlebell overhead press

 

Then complete

10-8-6-4-2 reps of

 

Rest for 1 minute and repeat the next amount of reps. Finish this off for a 20-30 minute full-body circuit brought to you by our amazing Coach Paige. For a challenge- add an extra kettlebell!
