There are a number of virtual reality fitness apps/experiences that you can try out to help you burn away the calories and keep fit. If you worry about the cost, this new VR Fitness Bundle will help you keep fit while watching your pockets at the same time.
The VR Fitness Bundle is available on Steam for just $51.17 and includes three games.
The first one is the popular VR fitness hit BoxVR. Like Beat Saber, this is a music rhythm game and instead of the lightsabers, this one has you punching your way in virtual reality to a lean figure to beats of a very robust music collection. BoxVR includes various set workouts as well as multiplayer support and is one of the best VR fitness games out here.
There is also Synth Riders. This is an engrossing music game where you will be throwing shapes while also grabbing orbs out of the air. Beat Saber has you swinging the lightsaber at flying blocks and BoxVR has you punching vigorously in VR but in Synth Rider, you will be moving your arms in various directions thereby enabling you to engage in some kind of vigorous physical activity that burns away the calories.
Finally, there is OhShape in the VR Fitness Bundle. Unlike the other two in the bundle, this is not a music-based VR genre. It is based on the Schell Games’ Until You Fall and is a VR sword-battling game with a permadeath. The game is currently in Early Access and while fitness wasn’t its original objective, it is regarded as one of the top VR fitness experiences out there that lets you shed off some of the calories.
The VR Fitness Bundle is currently only available on Steam. It would have been a great fit for the Oculus Quest headset but Until You Fall is still not on the standalone platform although the developer Schell Games has plans to introduce it.
Individually, the three games would cost you $63.97 so you will save $12.80 by grabbing the bundle now. Act fast before the discount offer ends.
