Pix and specs of Ford Mustang Mach-E electric crossover leaked

Ford plans to release details of its much-anticipated Mustang Mach-E electric crossover this Sunday, ahead of the car’s debut at the upcoming 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show. However, it appears that some enterprising Ford fan has discovered some pictures and specifications of the new EV on a hidden page on Ford’s web site.

The information was reported by Mach-E
, after which it was removed from the web. It includes photos of a sporty
crossover with some Mustangesque details, and touts an EPA-estimated range of up
to 300 miles, a “Mid 3-sec” 0-60 time, and an estimated DC charging rate of 47
miles in 10 minutes.

The site describes five trim levels, some available in both
Standard Range and Extended Range configurations. Ranges range from 210 to 300
miles, power levels peak at 333 hp, and torque tops out at 429 ft-lbs.

AWD is available, and “front and rear motors distribute
power to individual wheels,” the better to “take
on snowy roads
.” There’s a front trunk with 4.8 cubic feet of storage space.

The prices listed are: $43,895 for the Select trim; $50,600 for
the Premium; $52,400 for the California Route 1; $59,900 for the First Edition;
and $60,500 for the GT (not including applicable tax credits and other
incentives). The First Edition and Premium versions are said to be available in
“late 2020.”
