20 Minute Workout – VASA Fitness

Are you running short on time and need to get in a quick workout? Here is a 20 minute workout developed by one of our professional trainers!

 

Rules
  1. Start by setting a timer for 20 minutes.
  2. Rotate through each exercise at the start of every minute.
  3. Complete the number of reps for the exercise that you are on for that minute.

You should end up with 4 sets of each exercise by the end of the 20 minutes.

 

If you are tracking your workout with MyZone, The MEP range should be between 70-90 MEPs for the 20min workout.

WORKOUT
  1. TRX Inverted Row – 10 reps
  2. MB Squat – 15 reps
  3. KB Floor Press – 10 reps
  4. KB Swing – 15 reps
  5. KB Get up Sit Up – 5 each side

Here are examples if you are not sure how to do the exercises:

 

TRX inverted row – 10 reps

 

Medicine Ball Squat – 15 rep

 

KettleBell Floor Press – 10 reps

 

KettleBell Swing – 15 reps

 

KettleBell Get up Sit Up – 5 each side
